We want you to love your Boat Life Club gear. If something's not right, we've got you covered.

📦 OUR RETURN POLICY
We offer a 30-day return policy — you have 30 days from the day you receive your order to request a return. To qualify, your item must be unworn, unused, with tags still attached, and in its original packaging. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, reach out to us at mokhtarguendouz28@gmail.com and we'll take it from there. Items sent back without prior approval won't be accepted.

⚠️ DAMAGED OR WRONG ITEM?
Inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If something's defective, damaged, or not what you ordered — contact us immediately and we'll make it right. That's a promise. ⚓

🚫 NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Some items can't be returned — including custom or personalized products, sale items, and gift cards. Not sure if your item qualifies? Just reach out and we'll help you figure it out.

🔄 EXCHANGES
The fastest way to get the right item is to return what you have and place a new order once your return is approved. Easy and hassle-free.

🇪🇺 EUROPEAN UNION CUSTOMERS
If your order is shipping to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return within 14 days — no questions asked. Items must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging with proof of purchase.

💳 REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you right away. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Keep in mind your bank may take a little extra time to post it.
